What we collect

• Email address, mobile number, name, photo and profile details you add.
• Booking details, chat messages linked to a booking, and payments.
• Location only during an active session when you turn on sharing or press SOS.
• How you use the site (pages visited, buttons pressed, errors) to keep it secure and working. Never what you type into forms. Kept for 90 days.

To verify accounts, run bookings, process payments and refunds, keep people safe and resolve disputes.

Where

Personal data is stored on servers in India.

Your rights

You can download your data or delete your account from Account → Privacy. Deletion completes within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (such as invoices).
