Friendly by design. Safe by default. No vague promises. These are the checks that run on every Conmate plan, and what you can do the moment something feels off.
Before you meet While you're out Every time
Verified accounts Everyone signs in with a one-time email code and must add a mobile number before booking or listing.
Hand-reviewed companions A person on our team checks every companion's photo, profile and plans before they can accept a single request.

While you're out Public first meet-ups. The first plan with someone new always happens somewhere public: a cafe, a mall, a hospital lobby.
Start and end codes. Your companion enters your 4 digit start code when you meet, and the end code when you're done.
Live trip link. Share a link with family that shows your last known location during the session.
SOS. One press alerts our safety desk and your emergency contacts with your live location.
Every time Private by default. Chat runs inside Conmate and only around a booking. Phone numbers, UPI IDs and emails are hidden.
Paid after, not before. Your money is held by Conmate. It only reaches your companion after the end code.
Report and block. From any booking. Our team looks at every report within 24 hours.
Instant consequences. Anything romantic, sexual or threatening closes the account, and we cooperate with the police.
In danger right now? Call 112 first. Then press SOS in your booking so our safety desk can support you and keep a record.
What we don't do yet Government ID checks (Aadhaar via DigiLocker, PAN) and police verification come in a later release. Until then we rely on verified accounts, manual review, public first meetings and the tools above. We'd rather say that than overstate it.
