Refunds always go back to the original payment method, never to a wallet.

Situation	Refund
Partner declines, does not respond, or cancels	100%, immediately
You cancel 6 hours or more before the start	100%
You cancel less than 6 hours before the start	50% of the service amount, fee refunded
Partner does not show up	100% after a quick check by our team

Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the refund.
